Our Project Experience in Afghanistan

Since 2019, Nasrat Shirzai ICT Services has delivered ICT, telecommunications, security and power projects for organizations across Afghanistan. We are headquartered in Kabul and work through 12 provincial offices, so our teams can reach clients in all provinces.

Who we deliver projects for

Our clients include UN agencies, local and international NGOs, telecom operators, government institutions and private organizations. We work as a contractor and supplier, taking projects from planning to handover.

Types of projects we deliver

  • Telecommunications: radio network planning, optimization, drive testing, installation, and network operations and maintenance
  • Networking, servers and storage: supply and installation of Dell and Cisco equipment, including Cisco SmartNet licensing
  • Data centers: supply, installation and maintenance
  • Security: CCTV, access control and alarm systems
  • Power and solar: electrical installation and solar PV systems
  • ICT consulting and system development: advice, software, AI chatbots and AI training
  • Biomedical and engineering equipment: maintenance, repair, supply and installation

How we run a project

Every project follows the same five steps:

  1. Requirements: we confirm what the client needs, where, and by when.
  2. Survey and design: our engineers visit the site and prepare the design.
  3. Supply and installation: we deliver the equipment and install it with our own technical team.
  4. Testing and handover: we commission the system, test it, and train the client’s staff.
  5. Support: we remain available for maintenance and repairs after handover.
